Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at modaburkin@gmail.com Please be sure to include your Order # in the subject of the email. Your order number can be found on your confirmation or shipping emails, as well as on the shipping label attached to the outside of the package in which your order was shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and intact.

Please note that all preowned and vintage items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges. This is indicated in the item's product description.

The following goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept the following products for returns: all vintage and preowned items, cocktail and evening dresses, and intimates and swimwear.

Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

For shoes, always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

For all clothing items, be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, we will process a refund for the value of the item(s) (excluding both original and return shipping fees). If your item(s) are rejected, we will notify you via email.

If the item(s) returned are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund confirmation email. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Additionally, if you choose to use our pre-paid label, a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and re-stocking fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at modaburkin@gmail.com

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. This is indicated on the product's description

Please note that all vintage and preloved items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges. This is indicated in the item's product description.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the original delivery of your item(s) as well as for returning your item(s).

Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded if you choose to return your item(s).

Additionally, if you choose to use our pre-paid label, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at modaburkin@gmail.com
